HONG KONG 香港 -
Although it was a short and sweet trip to Hong Kong , it was definitely a period of time that has left a long lasting impression on me. The time i spent weaving my way through the many busy streets and many busy people certainly was a refreshing culture shock, one that i haven’t had the pleasure of receiving in a fair amount of time. I spent a few days on my own at the end of the trip and found myself days between a conversation, this definitely caught me off guard especially being in such a hustle/bustle environment. The city and the people who live here carry a lot of pre conceived westernised stereotypes which i honestly believe are driven by our own insecurity’s
Thanks Hong Kong for making me realise again that there is more then what is just at my front doorstep. Till next time
